Cross-country Flattach

In the Flattach/Obervellach region, cross-country skiers have a total of around 30 kilometres of perfectly groomed cross-country trails at their disposal. Around Mallnitz there is a network of approx. 25 km of cross-country trails and on the Mölltal Glacier you will find around 2 kilometres of trails. However, you will need a ticket for the lift there. The two high altitude cross-country ski trails and the Mölltal glacier trail are particularly attractive and, thanks to their altitude of around 2,000 metres, are still very easy to ski on even when the snow has already started to melt in the valley.

The Mölltal valley's network of cross-country ski trails has been awarded the cross-country ski trail seal of approval.
