Around the former Olympic town of Innsbruck there are numerous opportunities to devote yourself to the alpine and Nordic skiing sports.

From the mountain village Kolsassberg you can reach the majority of these cross-country skiing areas within only a few minutes. The region around Innsbruck has a total of approx. 120 km of trails with predominantly easy to medium levels of difficulty. In the low mountain ranges surrounding Innsbruck, in Rinn and Mutters/Natters, there are a total of 40 km of trails..

The cross-country trails in Rinn, Obstein, Mutters/Natters and Sellrain are awarded with a seal of quality.
