Lech

Surrounded by the impressive mountain massif of the Lechtal Alps, the historically developed Walser mountain village Lech is a home to approx. 1,600 people. The ski area (1,304-2,811 m) with its 300 kilometres of pistes and 85 lifts is one of the most modern in the world, and it was here that the first ski course was held a good 100 years ago. The Arlberg offers an Eldorado for everyone, whether beginner, professional or freerider. In addition to very well-groomed slopes, the area is known for its fantastic deep snow slopes. The region is characterised by historically grown and sustainably developed villages, which offer you a wonderful stay in a historic atmosphere and also have a wide range of leisure activities on offer, including paragliding, horse-drawn sleigh rides, snowshoeing and tobogganing. Numerous après-ski options, a diverse and high-class gastronomy and a wide variety of sporting and cultural events round off the offer.
