150 km Cross-country trails (in km):
In the entire Lungau region you will find an extensive cross-country ski trail network of about 150 km in length, which actually leaves nothing to be desired. It is not without reason that the Lungau region has been awarded the Austrian Cross-Country Ski Trail Seal of Quality for the excellent quality of its network of trails.
The 31 km long Murtalloipe, one of the longest cross-country trails in the region, is particularly recommendable for conditioned cross-country skiers. With its easy level of difficulty, it is also ideal for beginners. The high-altitude cross-country trail is somewhat more demanding, leading from Mariapfarr via Grabendorf and Öser to Weißpriach. The Schönfeld-Rosanin (1,730 m to 2,050 m) high-altitude trails spoil you with impressive views of the Lungau mountains. There is a small fee for the use of some cross-country trails.
