Fans of Nordic ski sports will surely not be bored in Mölltal. Numerous tracks with varying degrees of difficulty are waiting to be explored. Around Mallnitz you will find a network of 25 km of routes, at Flattach about 8 km, Obervellach offers a total of 30 km and the Mölltaler Glacier has 2.5 km of trails. For this, however, a ticket for the mountain railway is needed.
Very appealing are the high altitude tracks "Jamnigalm" and the "Mölltaler Glacier track", which, thanks to their high altitude at 2,000 m, can still be used when the snow is already melting in the valley. The trails in Mallnitz takes you through the beautiful national park valleys Seebachtal and Tauerntal.
