Ski holidays Mieming – Sunny plateau in the heart of Tyrol!

Mieming

In the middle of Tyrol lies the resort Mieming on a sunny plateau, at 864 m altitude. To the foot of the plateau runs the Upper Inn Valley, flanked by the peaks of the Mieming Mountains, a neighbouring massif of the famous Wetterstein massif. Thanks to the sunny location and limited "Fön" (warm air) influence, Mieming benefits from a mild, yet fresh and therefore perfect climate for winter sports. The region also is often referred to as the sun plateau. In resort, there are a number of old farm houses and stately churches under protection, which indicate the long history and old traditions that this village can look back on. The approx. 3,500 inhabitants maintain the originality of this lifestyle, which every visitor can experience here.

On foot, on skis or skates - this landscape can be explored in so many ways. Skiing on wide pistes, hiking on the Mieminger Plateau, horse carriage rides through the snowy valley or just enjoying the tranquillity of the region - all this is part of the relaxation package in Mieming.
