Ski area Ski Arlberg

Holders of the "Arlberg" lift pass have a total of 300 kilometres of piste and 85 lift systems at their disposal! Together with the ski areas of Stuben, Zürs, Lech and Warth-Schröcken, the St. Anton ski area is part of the Ski Arlberg network. The Arlberg (1,270 - 2,811 m) offers a unique variety of pistes, challenging ski routes, freeride opportunities, snowparks and trendy après ski bars. The Arlberg is therefore a winter sports all-rounder. The extensive area is one of the most reliable in terms of snow in the Alps.

The area is divided into three parts: In the south is St. Anton with the associated villages of St. Christoph, St. Jakob and Stuben. The central part includes Zürs and Lech and the northern part Warth, Schröcken and Hochkrumbach. Thanks to the modern Flexenbahn cable car with 47 gondolas between St. Anton and Zürs and the Auenfeldjet between Lech and Warth, the entire area with almost 300 kilometres of piste and 85 lift systems can be explored. Large panoramic windows also provide a magnificent view over the Klostertal. The pistes offer variety, fun and challenges for beginners, snowboarders, freestylers and experts who can let off steam on the World Cup pistes.

Thanks to the extensive range of childcare facilities and the many blue pistes, the Ski Arlberg region is ideal for families and beginners. The Arlberg is one of the most snow-sure regions in the entire Alpine region: in combination with state-of-the-art snow-making facilities, the best piste conditions are guaranteed. However, the Arlberg is not only known for its well groomed pistes, but also as a freeride Mecca. A total of around 200 kilometres of deep snow runs are available for a perfect powder day. The lifts of the Arlberg cable cars also offer free Wi-Fi.

Après ski Ski Arlberg

St. Anton is known for its legendary après ski, which has become famous far beyond Austria's borders. In the early afternoon, well-known venues such as the "Mooserwirt", the "Krazy Kanguruh" and the "Heustadl" fill up with winter sports enthusiasts partying hard. In the evening, life shifts to the pedestrian zone, where numerous shops, cafés and restaurants invite you to take a stroll. A particular culinary highlight is the "Galzig Verwallstube", one of the highest toque-awarded restaurants in Europe at an altitude of 2,100 metres. The nightlife in St. Anton is just as varied, with a wide selection of bars, pubs and discos.

Those looking for sporting activities will find perfect relaxation in the large Arlberg WellCom wellness centre with swimming pools, sauna and spa area. The arl.park sports and climbing centre offers numerous options from tennis and squash to climbing and bouldering. Another highlight is the winter via ferrata on the Rendl, which is one of the most beautiful of its kind with a length of 850 metres and a breathtaking panorama. There is also a 4.3-kilometre-long floodlit natural toboggan run, while hiking enthusiasts can let off steam on a total of 80 kilometres of winter hiking trails.

Flirsch and Pettneu are rather quiet, idyllic places that are perfect for those seeking relaxation. Nevertheless, there are also some opportunities for winter activities here. In Flirsch, you can enjoy a floodlit toboggan run, while both villages boast well-developed winter hiking trails.

Lech offers a varied après ski scene, ranging from stylish to rustic. A particularly popular meeting place is the ice bar at the Burg Hotel in Oberlech, where people party until after sunset with cool drinks and a heated bar. Rustic cosiness can be found in the Schneggerei or the Tannbergerhof. Culinary connoisseurs will get their money's worth with a fondue at Hûs 8, one of the oldest houses in Lech. In addition to the lively après ski, there are numerous leisure activities on offer: A romantic horse-drawn sleigh ride into the Zugertal valley, floodlit toboggan runs and Bavarian curling offer fun for the whole family. At the Lech sports park, you can burn off energy with bowling, tennis or fitness. If you want to turn night into day, visit the K-Club in the Hotel Krone.

Zürs is considered particularly exclusive and offers stylish après ski at the highest level. Elegant locations such as the Vernissage bar, the Zürserl Ski Lounge or the Blaue Bar are ideal for exuberant evenings. Gourmets get their money's worth in Zürs, as there are three Michelin-starred restaurants that delight with first-class gourmet cuisine. In addition to culinary highlights, relaxation is also a top priority - almost all hotels have luxurious spa areas. Zürs also offers a wide range of leisure activities such as ice skating, tobogganing, snowshoeing, horse-drawn sleigh rides, tennis, squash and snowtubing.

Stuben stands out from the other resorts with its dignified and stylish atmosphere. You won't find any typical après ski here, but there are still sociable evenings in the Mondschein Bar, Willis Bar or in the Fuxbau, where hearty parties are celebrated. In terms of cuisine, Stuben impresses with upscale cuisine served in hotels such as the Hubertushof, the Hotel Mondschein or the Hotel Arlberg Stuben.

Snowpark Ski Arlberg: STANTON PARK & Snowpark Lech

Embedded in the breathtaking landscape of the Arlberg, the "STANTON PARK" is located at the Rendl mountain station and is easily accessible via two lifts. The special location directly on the Rendl terrace allows visitors to watch the riders perform their tricks. On the other hand, the riders can relax between or after their runs and become spectators themselves.

The "STANTON PARK" offers a sensational range of facilities - spread over three areas with different levels of difficulty (beginner, advanced and pro). The obstacles include various rails and boxes, kickers up to 15 metres, pipes, a wall ride and a big tube. Head shaper René Friedl and his boys have gone to great lengths to create a unique park experience that leaves nothing to be desired.

Lech Zürs am Arlberg offers a fun park for all skill levels with the Snowpark Lech. Located directly at the Schlegelkopf chair lift at 1,600 metres, the park offers ideal conditions for snowboarders and freestylers. Beginners, advanced and professionals will find the perfect conditions here to hone their tricks. The 3.6-hectare area offers 17 obstacles in an easy line, rail and pro line. The Snowpark Lech crew ensures that the obstacles are in perfect condition every day. The park's varied offer consists of 3 rails, 7 boxes (including a 9 metre double kinked box), 1 wallride, various kickers and a kicker bank. With 10 elements, the Advanced Run is the most varied. As a bonus, there is even a great view of Lech.
