Ski area Tirolina and family ski centre Schneeberg-Mitterland
The "Tirolina & Family Centre Schneeberg-Mitterland" lift pass gives you access to the Tirolina ski area on the Haltjoch with 4 kilometres of piste and the Schneeberg-Mitterland family ski centre with a further 3 kilometres of piste. The areas are an ideal introduction to skiing fun, especially for beginners and families with children.
In the lower area, near the ski hire, the Tirolina ski area has its own practice lift for beginners. Although the ski area is known for its reliability of snow, the slopes can be artificially snowed. The black FIS-homologated piste leads from the mountain station at 1,077 metres above sea level. Budding ski racers will find the perfect practice terrain here. Experienced skiers can also test the two ski routes that lead through the wooded terrain away from the groomed pistes.
In the Schneeberg-Mitterland family centre, the Kinderland and ski carousel as well as the practice lift are ideal for the youngest beginners. A ski school is located in the immediate vicinity. Not forgetting the cosy umbrella bar at the end of the piste.

Thiersee offers a quiet, cosy place to stay in picturesque natural surroundings. After an evening enjoying local Kitchen and a family atmosphere, you can end the day in harmony with a walk along the numerous winter hiking trails.
As an alternative to skiing, the Thiersee Valley also has several toboggan runs to offer, such as the approx. 3.5 km long toboggan run on the Kala Alm, which guarantees tobogganing fun for young and old. The frozen Lake Thiersee is ideal for a game of Bavarian curling or ice skating. If you still want to be active in the evening, you can socialise in the guesthouses and ski huts of Thiersee with Jagertee and mulled wine.

Snowpark Tirolina and family ski centre Schneeberg-Mitterland: Snowparks Wilder Kaiser
Unfortunately, there is no snowpark in the two small ski areas in Thiersee. In the nearby SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental, winter sports enthusiasts have four varied snowparks, several funslopes, a ski circus and other special adventure slopes at their disposal - for all levels of ability. The offer ranges from easy to professional with obstacles such as boxes, rails, tubes, jumps, curves, kicker lines, bonks and much more.
