Location

The comfortable 5-star holiday apartments Roislerlehen are approx. 5 km from the centre of Bischofswiesen. The centre of Berchtesgaden, always a perfect place for an excursion, is approx. 10.7 km away. Access to the ski area is possible via the "Gotschenkopfbahn" lift, which is about 1.9 km away. The cross-country ski trail network is around 3 km away. You can also get active on the toboggan run approx. 4.1 km from the apartments. Ski buses stop right by the house. Bischofswiesen railway station is around 4 km away. The first shopping facilities are approx. 5.6 km away and the nearest cafés and restaurants are approx. 4.3 km away.

Facilities

The quietly located accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi. You can store your winter sports equipment in a ski/snowboard storage room. There are parking spaces on site and a charging station for electric vehicles (for a fee) - subject to availability.

In the spa area you will find a sauna, infrared loungers, wellness loungers, a cosy corner and a Kneipp basin complex.

Important notes

  • This accommodation is not wheelchair-accessible.
  • Please note that the ski bus to the ski area only runs on request (see information on site).
  • There are also animals on the accommodation (e.g. cows, sheep, chickens).
  • Included services when booking with lift pass: Use of the toboggan run at the Hochschwarzeck lift, use of the toboggan run at the Jennerbahn, 1 x daily toll for the Rossfeld panoramic road (only when using the toll road by car), 10% discount on the local thermal bath "Watzmanntherme" (upon presentation of the lift pass)
  • The RVO public bus to the Rossfeld ski area can be used free of charge as part of the obligatory guest card. If a lift pass is presented, there is no toll charge.
  • As of the 24/25 season, skiing on the Jenner is no longer possible. However, use of the Jennerbahn cable car for pedestrians, tobogganists and winter hikers is included in the lift pass.
