Cross-country skiers can look forward to cross-country trails in the region. In Prad, a trail up to 5 km long is groomed when snow conditions are good. In Sulden, for example, there is an approx. 5 km long trail at an altitude of 1,900 m – with views of Ortler, Zebrù and Königsspitze. In Trafoi, there is a 6 km trail directly at the pilgrimage site of Heilige Drei Brunnen. 22 km of trails are available at the Nordic Centre in Schlinig, the venue for the Junior Cross-Country World Championships, and a further 12 km at the Biathlon Centre in Martell.
