Après ski High-Imst
Imst also has a lot to offer away from the pistes. Guests of all ages can have lots of fun on the two toboggan runs in the ski area, which are four and six kilometres long. Ice skating, Bavarian curling, snowshoeing and horse-drawn sleigh rides are also on the programme. Hiking enthusiasts will find around 100 kilometres of well-maintained winter hiking trails. Climbing enthusiasts will get their money's worth at the Imst climbing centre, whether in Austria's highest climbing hall or on the covered climbing tower with an area of 1312 square metres. There's never a dull moment here, as plenty of variety is guaranteed.
A particular highlight for families is the Alpine Coaster. With a length of 3.5 kilometres, it is the longest Alpine roller coaster in the world and promises an unforgettable experience. Those looking for relaxation will find it in the Aqua Dome. The large, modern thermal spa is around 40 minutes by car from Imst and impresses from the outside with its futuristic bowl-shaped pools. The offer includes sports and activity pools, a children's water world, a spacious wellness and spa area as well as a modern fitness centre.
