The sun shines almost constantly in the small village of Grächen in the Mattertal valley. At least, that's what the statistics say, claiming it to be the place with the lowest rainfall in Switzerland. Fortunately, the village is located on a sunny terrace at an altitude of 1,619 metres, so holidaymakers can expect magical white winter wonderland despite the dreamy weather.

The municipality of Grächen, with its 1,300 inhabitants, is largely car-free, making it a particularly safe place for families with children. Matterhorn

The "Zermatt-Matterhorn" destination is composed of the three resorts Zermatt, Täsch and Randa. The region is situated in the heart of the Wallis Alps and is surrounded by approx. 38 "4,000s". Zermatt is located at the foot of the most famous mountian, the Matterhorn. The gorgeous landscape offers a snow-sure ski area with many mountain restaurants, which guarantee an unforgettable panoramic view. In addition to skiing or snowboarding, guests also have the opportunity to go ice climbing, paragliding or snow shoe hiking.
