Cross-country Saas-Almagell

The relatively manageable network of cross-country ski trails is particularly suitable for beginners of the Nordic discipline. Some popular trails worth seeing, such as the 6 km long high altitude cross-country ski trail in Saas-Fee or the 26 km long Saas Valley cross-country ski trail, which leads from Balen via Almagell to Eyenalp and is very narrow in places, are ideal for getting to know and love cross-country skiing. You can easily explore the cross-country trail over several days, as there are numerous bus stops along the route. There are also up to 8 kilometres of groomed skating-style tracks. In total, there are 38 km of cross-country trails in the Saas Valley.
